REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT

In 1998 we started getting educated and obtaining the necessary certifications that allowed us to be registered in the directory of the National Association of Condominium and Real Estate Administrators (A.N.A.C.I.).
We continuously keep updated as the management law changes, and acquire the necessary amount of training credits every business year.
The activity is carried out in Fiorenzuola d'Arda, Piacenza, Carpaneto Piacentino, Cortemaggiore, Alseno and surrounding areas.
DESIGN

We are experienced in the design of civil, industrial and business buildings.
We specialize in the renovation of fixer-uppers in small towns in the hills of our area. We've been working with a general contractor since the early 90s, and we are able to provide quotes for building renovations.
ECO-FRIENDLY

In 2007 we began an educational path through Klima Haus that allows us to utilize the most energy efficient materials in our projects and be as considerate as possible in our design process.

LAND REGISTRY
​
We utilize an electro-optical instrument for land surveying.
We are able to register new buildings and perform land partition surveys and procedures.
We also provide as-built surveying and registry changes, as well as verifications of ownerships with the Land Registry Office.
